- MRSP pricing and labor hours via Motors, Mitchell or All Data.
- If applicable, have rental, towing or sublet invoices available.
- Call CareGard claims at 888.565.2580 for pre-approval.
- If applicable, you will be given an approval number and dollar amount.
- Verify the deductible, if any, that corresponds with the customer's coverage.
Claim Submission & Reimbursement
Fax or email a final copy of the Repair Order. The following are required:
- Customer signature.
- All sublet invoices (rental, towing, machine shop) Claim approval number.
