Over the last 15 years, we created the ability, utilizing advanced technology, for our ASE-certified, claim adjusters to successfully work from home. This has allowed us to process all claims, including roadside assistance – 24/7, while answering all calls within a 22-second average time period, by a live adjuster – regardless of any outside circumstance.
